New Mekar Jaya Hotel

Bon emplacement proche de la plage et de restaurants, mais le quartier de Kuta n’est pas le meilleur de Depensar. Le personnel et la piscine sont vraiment le + du séjour.

La chambre comprenait le stricte minimum, pas super confort ni propre.

L’hotel si trova nel cuore di kuta, a un passo da negozietti, warung(ristoranti locali) e 10 minuti dalla spiaggia. Il giardino dell’albergo è un’ oasi di verde tropicale immerso nel silenzio nonostante si trovi nel cuore pulsante di Kuta. La proprietaria della struttura, Krisna , è stata accogliente, amorevole e pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Tornerei sicuramente in questo Hotel, dove io e i miei amici siamo stati accolti da una famiglia.

Le camere standard, necessitano di un po’ di manutenzione, ma la proprietaria ha già iniziato l’opera di rinnovamento.

Nous sommes restés 7 nuits dans l'hôtel et personne n'est passé faire le ménage changé, les serviettes, le tapis de douche, les draps et vidé la poubelle. Il n'y a pas de support pour les serviettes n'y de tablette.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Cafes & supermarkets really close, beach is a 10min walk away. Excellent, clean pool. Great staff that couldn't do enough for you. The gardens are lovely and makes the area cooler than outside. I stayed in 3 rooms while I was there. Deluxe, face west so can be hot in the afternoon, old bathrooms Room with pool view are really noisy with the air-conditioning system they have here (even with earplugs) & I had to move.... Bottom floor rooms, most expensive but would suggest these if staying long term.

Its called a hotel but it's more like a Guesthouse. Daily cleaning of room happens only if you ask but staff are happy to give fresh towels etc Towels do need updating, thin & stained.

В первый раз, когда останавливалась здесь, брала самый бюджетный номер. Ремонт очень старый, но за 12 евро в сутки было бы очень амбициозно ожидать чего-то большего. В один день в комнате появился неприятный запах, мне бесплатно повысили категорию номера. При следующем заезде я запросила разрешение жить в номере с котом. Хотя по правилам это запрещено, мне пошли на встречу без каких-либо доплат. Клиентоориентированность просто 10 из 10
