Clean and very good for my budget

If you just need a bed for the night, this is fine. Room comes with bedding, pots, utensils, crockery, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and towels for one. There is also a vaciuum and brush. Room was clean enough and staff did their best to help when they could.

Parking is awful. Permits only unless you can find space on the street, which is a challenge. Be careful where you leave your car - loads of broken glass from cars in streets around the complex. Only one loo roll, no bin bags, washing up liquid, teatowels, cloth, etc, so remember to bring these if you need them. Check in is complicated- they do welcome non-students in summer holidays, but the system is poorly set up for this. I almost gave up and cancelled because I couldn't upload my passport.

Great studio with everything you need to cook (for one person only). Location was great as right next to shops and food places, and not far from the unis. Plenty of lime bikes and cheap ubers. Staff were lovely and really helpful, check in was seamless, room was pretty cool during a heatwave.

The room had a musty smell, no hand soap and no sponges to wash dishes. Also, yes this is student accommodation so don't expect a silent stay, but the room was located directly outside the main stairway and lifts meaning that I was woken up every night at 3-4am by loud noise directly outside my door.

The staff at from reception are the worst I’ve ever come across. Cold, condescending and unhelpful! Especially the day staff!

Good location for jubilee campus

Staff were really lovely but reception wasn’t always manned - ended up leaving my room key on the desk to check out which wasn’t ideal

staff was very nice i requeted for toilet paper and he brought it to our room:)
