Well located and modern building

Poor state of cleanliness and maintenance, bed was slept in, toilet had been used prior to arrival and not flushed. Decided not to stay, no refund, no communication and no apology

"Avoid if you can - unfit for rental."

The flat was in a great location and the free parking was really helpful.

AVOID. The flat is in a state of disrepair. All of the blinds are broken. Even if they weren't, they would not keep out any light as they are thin and flimsy. The flooring is broken in places and my youngest son injured his foot on part of it. Towels were stained, and several kitchen items were dirty. The wardrobe in the main bedroom was broken, as was a cupboard in the kitchen. When I complained to the landlord, they didn't bother to reply. I was equally disappointed in Booking.com who were unwilling to help.

Good location

Cleaning not up to standard, mirrors had smears over them had to clean them to see in the mirrors also glass tops on furniture the same. Left over food in fridge (container with kebab and chips in it) Blinds in both bedrooms not fit for purpose, slats missing so let light in. No hot water for showers.

"Great place for a night or two in the city centre."

The location was perfect.

The keys were to be collected from a shop nearby, but there was no way to pull up by the shop (double red line). There was a constant buzz in the apartment, presumable from some central a/c unit... The mattresses were too soft.

Everything only one thing that I wasn’t hundred percent happy with and that was the blinds in the two bedrooms.

Only problem was the blinds in the two bedrooms. Some slats were missing which caused a bit of problem with sleeping in the morning when the sun was rising the light was coming into the bedroom.
