I booked the room based on the images and descriptions provided above on website, which portrayed a well-furnished drawing room. However, upon checking in, I found that the actual room I was assigned was vastly different from what was shown online. The room was far emptier and lacked and features that were highlighted in the photos on your website. This misleading presentation was very disappointing. I had specific expectations based on the images shown, and the reality did not come close to meeting those expectations.

Superb decoration, exactly like the preview pictures shown. The bed and pillows are extra comfy too. They provide all the things you could possibly need from hairdryer, extension cord, steam iron, refrigerator and even a washing machine??? It’s exceptional. They also have an existing netflix, disney hotstar account and many more so you can binge-watch your favorite movies & shows!

The only complaint i have is that my unit’s car park (block B) is sooo far from the lift. We had to walk all the way from block A’s carpark to block B which is about the size of a soccer field and i’m not even exaggerating. It would be great if they could provide parkings within block B’s range. Also, each block has 42 floors with only 4 lifts, so do with that information what you will. That’s all, thanks.
