GBAUA newish build - spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms
No hot water and staff did not come to help when asked about it. No face washers or hand towels. No hand soap in bathrooms. Floor drains donโt work and youโre standing in ankle deep dirty shower water

Water heater sometime not working very well.
SGMYCystal clear check-in guidance was shared in advanced making it seamless upon arrival. Our stay in the unit was comfortable with excellent wifi connection for work and Netflix.
Parking is high up at L9 in spiral parking lot, might be an issue for ppl with motion sickness. The kids pool was dry and out of service but no big deal.
