The property need to sort their automated messaging system out. Twice I was text on my last day asking what time I was checking out, this is in addition to them asking 2 days prior. I asked for an early check in and staff said they would if they could which is fair enough, however they didnโt let us know but we asked again a hour before check in time and they advised the property had been ready a while!

The place is not well managed. Waited for hours to get up and down the lift. No prior notice from the agency. Could have provided a much earlier check in instructions when especially you cannot park the car beyond 5 mins. Apartment was not cleaned even after two hrs of check in time. Cleaner using your kitchen cloth to clean everything including the toilet. The whole unit was disgustingly messy with wet towels everywhere. The shower room still has hair etc even after the cleaner cleans it.
