MYHouse is good but the lift capacity and the waiting time for the lift was terrible. Came here to relax from hectic work pressure but I went with extra tension n stress. Do not ever take or book this units ever... Especially if u have old parents n young kids. Waiting for more than 45 mins to go upstairs is a nightmare
This building is Just a stupid architect work... Who planned lift capacity for this apartment. Total nightmare... Not only check in check out time. All the time it was terrible... Do not ever check in this apartment ever if u live ur family

MYWhen we entered the apartment building, Stellar has a specific office at the lobby, where we collected the access cards for the carpark & the room itself, and their office was still open until 11 pm. The property is exactly like the pictures. Cleanliness is well maintained, the interior decoration is nice to the eyes, staffs are very helpful, and amenities are complete. We went to Escape Penang on our first day, so coming back to the comfortable rooms is a blessing.
Since the building is very high, waiting for lifts was quite a hassle, but not much the management can do about it.

But the problem is the lift u can think got 4 lift but only open 1 lift n waiting the by 30mins be fully 3 times we need to lv6 carpark go up to lv29

The pool was overcrowded and generally the wellness area didnโt feel relaxing at all, it was busy and loud. The sound isolation is bad in the building so you can hear the noise of the street and the inside building too
