⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic stay at Maniacs Hotel in Ortigia. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore on foot. From arrival to checkout, everything was seamless. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was spotless, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend!

The bathroom has no door for privacy!

"The Maniace Boutique Hotel is a wonderful way to spend a holiday in the lovely city of Ortigia."

We loved our stay at the Maniace Boutique Hotel and everything about it. The hotel is beautiful, the room was great as was the breakfast. The city of Ortigia is lovely and the location of this hotel, which is right by the sea, couldn't have been better. The beach was just a couple of feet away from the hotel and was fabulous. The staff was also great, especially Lorenzo at the front desk, and Sara in the dining room during breakfast.
