Excellent Leeds City Center 1 Bedroom Apartment

Close to plenty of bars and the arena, the location was ideal. The apartment size was perfect. Check-in and out were easy and simple.

Unfortunately, at the time of our stay, construction across the road aided hangover discomfort.

I booked for 3 people but they have just 1 bed and they don't have sofa bed. I think this room should be accommodated for only 2 people.

location was excellent for us attending the Arena concert venue. ease of access to property

place was dirty. Bathroom only surface clean. radiator bars full of dust, skirtings boxing in pipework all dusty. cleaning materials all out on sides. basket with towels dusty. toiletries all part used. poor lighting. bedroom ok. poor lighting. bedding not ironed and not crisp like hotel. Kitchen/lounge window filthy on inside - black. tv and wi fi not working .out of date items in fridge left from other occupants. instant coffee not acceptable for price, need coffee machine. hall dusty. the lack of cleanliness is a problem as my husband is an asthmatic. light bulbs out throughout the apartment. this felt like a student apartment that had been vacated for the weekend with no knowledge of cleaning expectations :-(
