Great location and communication from host - getting into the flat was very straightforward

Perfect location

Tv didn't work. No tea towels. Filthy windows. No hand soap in bathroom. Freezer was badly in need of a defrost. It was unusable. You pay for an apartment but the facilities don't work. Not good.

Location is fantastic 5 minute walk to the arena and local bars and restaurants and only approx 10min walk from the train station

The location for Leeds City Centre and First Direct Arena. Easy access into the building. Lovely apartment. Great hosts, very helpful.

The lounge curtains need replacing for ones that fit in width as we needed to use the lounge as a bedroom. I think the bathroom needs a bit of attention. The bath plug doesn't work. There is no plug in the kitchen sink

great location. roomy and comfortable. well equipped kitchen. was visiting an event at the first direct. Perfect spot only 2 minutes walk. excellent value for money.

The bed was a bit bouncy for me -I prefer a memory foam mattress

Loved how clean it was, and little things like providing tea, coffee, biscuits, washing up liquid etc made it a really easy place to stay. Fabulous location with good transport links. Very responsive owner when I had a query about the tv.

I personally found the shower controls difficult to grip when they were wet ( but I can that might be just me!), and I would have loved to have found the chopping board, if there was one - the kitchen was otherwise well equipped.
