Excellent Leeds City Center 1 Bedroom Apartment

Great location within short distance of museums, shops, coffee houses, bus and train stations. The apartment was spotless and quite comfortable. Nice and quiet overnight.

Not a complaint but a fan would be nice as it was really hot over the period of my stay.

good clear check in/out instructions.fantastic location.clean and cosy.Good facilities.

only things i would say are to have pillows for the sofa bed and also a decent fan as the bedroom was very warm.

Central location in the City for shops and restaurants plus Universities. We attended a Graduation the following day with an early start from 08.00 am with ceremony at University of Leeds for 9.30 am. The flat is a good size with plenty of facilities. A nice touch there was tea, coffee and sachets of milk provided. Being on the 9th floor was fairly quiet for City standards.

On this particular trip to Leeds via Satnav we headed direct to the Light Parking. However once in Leeds ended up driving around and around until we saw the Light Parking sign on building but for some reason couldn't access it. Thankfully managed to drive by St John's parking (which I had parked in before) so parked there to unload our luggage. Additional information I parked the car on Street Parking overnight and next day close to the University which is a lot cheaper. The TV was a little complicated to operate but wasn't a necessity as due out for dinner and up early next morning. We did however get to use You Tube for music before bed. The host did offer to help out but we declined as wasn't needed.

We couldn't get the TV to work (not a major issue), but if staying fir longer would have been. Not sure if was us or there was an issue. Perhaps an instruction sheet would be useful. Map of the city, would be great.

This accommodation does not justify its ratings or price. I was extremely disappointed in the dirtiness of the apartment, Wi-Fi password unreadable, TV had no channels and wouldn’t connect to any Wi-Fi, the radiator in the bathroom was permanently on and had no way of being turned off (I have been since told there is a switch outside the bathroom for it but it was broke and certainly not for touching) making the whole apartment hot with the only window you could open was the main room patio doors, plugs not working for sink or bath, clock in front room doesn’t work (little things like this shows how much attention to detail is paid in the apartment) extractor fan not working in bathroom, shower unable to be made cooler so it was too hot, several bulbs in main room and hallway not working, lampshade in main room broke, freezer needs defrosting because the doors were frozen shut, tea stains on the radiators, dead plant near the sink again showing attention to detail is none existence in this apartment
