Patio lodge with forest access close to beaches

Great place to stay, very reasonable price

Perfect for our house hunting adventure. Everything was provided for a great 2 night stay.

we were looking for a room right next to a garden and found just that. it was so serene, cosy and had good privacy. the weather was gorgeous too to enjoy the garden properly. loved the short stay and you get everything you need to self cater if you wish to. easy to find with parking and close to other destinations. great host too and we highly recommend this place.

This was a lovely accommodation in an ideal location to explore Norfolk, it is well equipped and comfortable, it has two amazing ponds with Coy Carp and even a Sturgeon, thanks to Rob the gardener for pointing that out to us, the local pubs are fairly good and offer good food at a good price most days. We particularly enjoyed the access to the forest area to the rear of the property, where you can walk side by side with wild Deer (Muntjack i think) they seem to be open to being fed by people too. Altogether a lovely stay in a perfectly situated property, oh, and there is a supermarket a five minute walk away.

Loved everything, was made to feel very welcome, the lodge had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Location was just perfect, local supermarket, chip shop & Chinese. I stayed with my grandkids they loved the family dogs, cat even the fish, they had a play in the huge garden. It was a good location for the dinosaur park which was only a 50 minute drive away. If I had to be a little critical the air fresher was a little to powerful, also a little handbook with the WiFi codes and what remote to use, you do get it on the booking confirmation but it would be handy if you can’t find your phone that kind of thing.
