Patio lodge with forest access close to beaches

The location was perfect for visiting castles and nearby stately homes

Lovely self contained accommodation set in a gorgeous family house garden

Completely open plan. It would benefit with curtains or some other divide for the bed area in evening

Everything, no issues at all. Beautiful, immaculate self contained annexe with direct access to a lovely garden. All the cooking facilities look new and are easy to use. The couple who own are incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed is really comfortable. We will most definitely be back

Met on arrival, everything explained and very friendly. Extremely well finished off build with everything in there. Would stay again and recommend for sure

Well equipped kitchen, shed facing the woods, really nice garden with pond and squirrels. and easy to the keys, yet hard to find the right drive at a first, so do read the instructions and be sure to memorise the house number. Lovely town, store nearby.

First we noticed when arrived was a stuffy mouldy smell, tried to air it opening all windows and doors (continued to do so on next days), yet not it was of a help. bathroom is really full with mould and ventilation is not enough, i had to clean up the surfaces and shower before i was able to persuade myself to get in it. Yet there are a lot of cleaning detergents, the shower was in an awful state. Thoughts of using wash machine disappeared after no solvents found and opening it revealing the mould, decided that we don't want to put our clothes in. I perfectly understand that this a garden shed, but at least do the check in and remove the spider webs or anyhow scary them off before guests arrive, that would be appreciated. Recommend on having insects repellent or something that keeps those buggers away when one tries to air the place after a hot day. Wobbly dining table with chairs. not a biggest of beds, until we found the 2nd set of bedlinen with blankets, were not able to normally sleep under one blanket.

We booked to stay at this property as it was very close to my cousin for 2 days visit.

Such a beautiful getaway. such a calming, peaceful place, the garden was stunning, we enjoyed walking in the woods in the back garden. My boys enjoyed sitting by the pond watching the fishes. The place was clean with nice little touches when we walked in, studio has everything you'd need and more. We really enjoyed our stay
