Lovely accommodation with French doors looking on to a beautiful garden. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, they have two adorable dogs and which makes for a homely feeling. Will definitely be returning next year.

Great value for money

Practical modern annexe in a quiet secure garden setting with off-street parking, conveniently located for work and a 2-minute drive to a supermarket. Welcoming hosts, prices are comparable to a B&B but with the benefit of a kitchen. If I'm back in the area again, I will stay again.

A really well equipped and modern property in a lovely quiet garden location. Well placed for driving into Kings Lynn or north to the beach towns. Lovely garden view through the double doors that open out onto a patio area and a wooded area for walking. We only stayed for a couple of nights but I'd have happily stayed for much longer.

In the summer the blinds don't do a great job of keeping out the daylight in the morning making it hard to sleep after about 5am. I can't say it was difficult to find, however a small suggestion would be to have a larger house number sign at the front as it can be tricky to spot when you're driving past with the pressure of a queue of cars behind you.

The property location is on a very busy road with a very sharp turn in to the driveway. No time for dawdling trying to find the house number. However less of a problem if staying for longer than 1 day when accustomed

Very comfortable, well equipped & quiet. Easy access but secure with codes to enter garden & property.
