Patio lodge with forest access close to beaches

Location was good and the lodge was very practical. Bathroom was good. The shower worked well.

The kitchen could be better equipped. If I had wanted to do some proper cooking, I would have been limited, which meant I ended up just reheating ready meals.

Very nice small house in the garden. Big enough, quiet and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Price-quality winner. It is better than any hotel around. Very friendly host. A big shop is within 2 min. reachable.

Pathway was a bit difficult in the dark although there were some lights.

The lodge was lovely and clean and well equipped. Although fairly small, it was set out well and furnished and decorated in bright colours, making it appear more spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. The lodge is in an excellent location for exploring Kings Lynn and the surrounding area. There is a petrol station and Asda a few minutes drive from the property. It was also handy for travelling to the Thursford Christmas Spectacular, which is what we went for and for pilgrimages to Walsingham. The garden is nice and spacious with water features, leading to a woodland where you can get close to the muntjac deer. Would definitely recommend it. For the price, it was good value for money and would return .

We weren't bothered, but clients should be aware that the Lodge is at the back of the owner's house and is situated in their garden close to the house. Their dogs also use the garden but are friendly.
