Great old building with amazing terrazzo/tile floors. large space , quiet, close to walk places. Host was responsive and check in guy was very friendly and helpful. Loved that the parking was included and close by.

The place is big

The Air Conditioning doesn't refresh the bedroom nor the living room as it's settled in the corridor. I strongly recommand to avoid in summer. For the price, the location is not interesting, it's not in the close center, there are hotels with much better offers downtown.

Everything was perfect, from apartment itself to the host who was very helpful to make our stay great. The apartment is centrally located, fully equipped, spotlessly clean, private garage within 150m. Recommend to anyone considering Livorno.

We had a very pleasant stay during our transit to Corsica. Everything you need is available in the apartment. The separate lockable garage for the car is "worth its weight in gold". Thumbs up. We had forgotten something in the apartment and the host got in touch with us and returned the item to us on our return. Many thanks for that and thumbs up again.

I missed a kettle to boil water the wifi didn’t work

The historical appartment was perfect for our one night stay to the ferry. It was very tidy and spaceous. The seperate garage (locked) is great. Very friendly host.
