A large clean amazing apartment in the centre of Livorno. Free secure underground garage for the car at a location 1min walk away. The seafront and the town centre are both only a few minutes walk away. Good value for money. Rafaele is a great host.

If you do have a car, be aware that large cars will struggle into the garage.

Comfortable bed. Good lighting and two suitcase stands -- a rare occurrence. Most hotels only provide one, for two people!! Raffaele (host) had clearly given considerable thought to detail in setting up the apartment -- covered everything!

A minor point, but the air conditioner was ineffectual for the sitting/dining area. This wasn't a problem for us as we were there only 1 night, and it served the bedroom well.

Apartment was very spacious and meticulously clean. Loved the high ceilings and tile flooring throughout. Very central to ocean walkway and to ferries. Owner/staff were very friendly and responsive
