Where to start. I can’t rate the accommodations because the owner would not allow me in because I didn’t have sufficient proof of where I lived despite either his or your website requiring it. When I arrived the door was locked, despite being after check in time and front doorbell removed. The inquisition started when he finally opened the door. The information he kept asking for became more and more detailed until I could no longer be more helpful. I left despite having prepaid. Will I get a refund?

Very dated!.. no t.v. no parking unless you are the only guest! Poorly fitting doors! Big crack in sink! Not enough accessible plug sockets! Mish mash of furniture!.kitchen stunk of cooking fat! . probably best suited to DHSS ! DONT ENTER 4 IN A BED!

Good location for amenities and ferry. Had reserved parking space, which would recommend as restrictions all around. Comfortable bed, clean facilities and good communication prior to stay. Kettle and coffee in room.

Steep steps, so fine for us, but not for older people.

As you know Post Codes are great for finding places, except when the phone battery dies. However i did remember the actual address but it wasn't facing the street it was supposed to be on. I found a place, knocked on the door and asked if this place was an AirBnb and was told it was. He asked my name then proceded to challenge my drivers licence (I use the short version-Russ, instead of Russell. The introduction was to select which of the two upstairs rooms I wanted. Got it. Shared Ensuite Toilet between the two. I used the kitchen to store my food as I provided my own breakfast. There is no wifi but I gather it is in the planning stage. He was helpful to allow me to use his phone to log in. The lounge is actually a study as the couch has been removed. Glad I bought a book to read. But it is close to shops and not far from the port either.

A Hotel Inspector would want the description to match the actual, and no wifi is a patronage killer. A pleasant man who wants to succeed and I know he will be looking at other ways to make his home a bit more "tickety boo". Keep at it my friend, you're doing well.

The interior was so tacky not deluxe as mentioned, the plastic sticky back wood effect that was on furniture that has worn off in areas just screams cheap along with the deep pile rug and the crushed velvet headboard that looks like something from the 80's..need revamping big time.. I felt a very bad vibe in the place that I wedge my bedroom door with my suitcase.. The place wasn't easy to find with the overgrown bushes and the front door was around the side.. The parking wasn't easy either and had to park in front of a car that looked like it has been broken into that didn't give me any confidence at all about the area as it did look run down..

The communication was excellent. I was driving down and was actually arriving after 10:30 PM which is the last check-in time. After informing them of this they stay behind to let me in late which I thought was very good. I was given really good clear and simple instructions to find the place. I was just staying overnight as I was getting the boats the next morning the room was very clean it was a shared bathroom but that as well was spotless. It was a very good location to get to poole harbour. I will definitely use this place again

I do not really have anything back to serve at this place and especially the staff so thankful they went out of their way so that I could get the late check-in just a very good service
