There was nothing positive about this booking experience. Although I did not stay at the property myself, I arranged the booking for a couple of colleagues working nearby. The intention was for them to use the property as a place to rest and stay on standby while working in the area. However, they reported being unable to sleep or feel rested during the night due to the owner’s behaviour. The property owner was extremely rude, abrupt, and made them feel scared and unsafe. He continuously nagged them and asked so many unnecessary questions that they felt intimidated and uncomfortable staying there.

The owner of the property was extremely rude, abrupt, and unreasonable, treating the staff with a great deal of disrespect. I would advise anyone considering booking this guesthouse to be cautious, as the owner has shown a tendency to be insensitive toward others and deliberately misinterpret or misconstrue conversations, creating unnecessary conflict.

Didn’t stay property owner walked though the house with a gun made us feel very on edge and nervous asked for a refund and he didn’t want to do it said that booking.com will have to refund it worst experience I’ve ever had will never use booking.com or this property ever again and wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

Quite sad that my request to checkin late could not be granted and i had to sleep inside my car instead i thought the host would be able to make it work as i had agreed to a £10 late checkin only to be left stranded due to ferry delays

I did not like anything about this place or the owner he refuse me entry even though i had all the appropriate paperwork the owner was threatening towards me and had clearly done this before because he divulged to me that a previous guest broke all his car windows thats how happy they were so please dont go to this shabby smelly accommodation because its nothing like it looks in the pictures and the owner is basically stealing your money and will find a small problem with your paperwork so he doesn't have tom let you in I will be contacting the courts about this one very very bad property
