"Wouldn’t use it again,difficult to locate too."

Non existent breakfast, no milk provided for tea or coffee.Bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean.

Tv non existent, bedroom door didn’t lock. You could just push it open from outside even if you locked it from inside. Felt very vulnerable when my partner went to buy milk . Stairs were too short for your tred and step in bathroom difficult for me at 75 . Also car with smashed windows in the garden worried us .

The rooms were clean. Fantastic bed. Met by the owner in arrival. Very accommodating. Beautiful bathroom.

Just a suggestion use bin liners to help you.

"I would not stay there again"

Didn’t have any breakfast they didn’t do breakfast we wouldn’t have had any

The parking was very poor the steps up to the room were very high when we looked at the room my wife fell trying to get into the room

"Don't think it's more than somewhere to lay your head."

It was a bed and roof for the night. As such it served its purpose. Don't expect more.

When i asked for a room key, was given an incredulous look and asked if I would be going out. (It was 3.30pm.) Sink in shared bathroom cracked. Shower head wouldn't stay up so had to crouch under it. Ignore the name. I know it didn't say in the list of things it said it had, that there was parking. Thus I wasn't expecting it. But the name of the property says it has free parking, which is at best misleading. Tea/coffee facilities consisted of coffee granules and 2 mugs. No tea, milk , sugar etc...

Bed was OK

The guy was a bit strange. No tv had to park on double yellow lines as no parking. Was a bit smelly shower was rubbish. And he wouldn't give me a key so if you want to go out you have to hope he is awake when you return. Very strange place
