Very comfortable bed and prime location - three minute walk from the National Express coach station This was the most cost effective bed I could find for my day of volunteering and at that it was also the most central! REally delighted. The host is really friendly and accommodated my late arrival and early departure in good huour.

Do bring your own towel, it isn't provided This is a small gripe but the traffic light at the end of the road shines quite brightly and is level with the bedroom window - not a biggie, I was asleep after all!

The owner of the property was very nice and accommodating! It was a pleasure staying there.

I just needed a bed for the night for a family birthday party and this was an ideal 10min walk away. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet so I had a good sleep. There's nothing glamorous about to venue so if like me you just need a bed then it could work for you. Lot's of tourist literature in the room suggests that others are on a break. Car parking helped as lots of restrictions in the area.

Well located for the high street in Branksome. I'm not sure it's close to the beach which is a reasonable walk away. Proximity of high street probably means good for buses.

Comfortable room. Nice bed (amply long enough and very comfortable indeed). Helpful, cheerful staff who had time to check that I was okay.

The stairs up to the bathroom are rather steep.

Able to cook my own breakfast how I like it. Shops and pub very near by
