"Totally negative. My money lost. Booked rooms not available. Local police complain made."

The advance booked 2 rooms were not provided. We 4 senior citizens were mentally and physically harassed. We demand compensation of Rs.25000 for harassing us. Advance paid amount is also to be refunded. Very very very bad experience by booking thru Booking.com. Also totally negative deal by Jotel Kushal hotel staffs. I liked the location. Quite close to the bus stand and restaurants for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. The room met my expectations. The bed was comfortable.

The smell in the room wasn't very pleasant. The guy at the reception solved my using an ambient perfume. Rooms need more aeration and the bathroom could have been cleaned better.

No comments

First of all, no towel, no toothbrush or paste is given. Hot water is not coming properly. Unable to contact through intercom from room. Personally, I had to visit reception for any help. Most of the time, the reception is vacant.
