I am extremely disappointed with my recent booking experience through Booking.com and the subsequent stay at Hotel Aravind Premier. What Went Wrong: Booking Change Without Notice: I initially booked a Classic Triple Room at Super Collection O Kushal Nagar, but was informed by OYO Support that the accommodation could not be provided. Without my consent, my booking was transferred to Hotel Aravind Premier. Misleading Payment Terms: Despite the booking showing "payment at hotel," I was coerced into making a part payment, which escalated to a demand for full payment under the threat of losing the room. This was highly unprofessional and misleading. Substandard Accommodation: The room I received at Hotel Aravind Premier was far below the promised standard. The property was noisy, with several shops and a low-class bar on the ground floor, making it unsuitable for a family stay. The room's value was closer to ₹650-₹700, far below what I paid. Wasted Time: Resolving these issues consumed hours of my time, disrupted my travel plans, and turned our family vacation into a stressful experience. Conclusion: This experience highlights a severe lack of professionalism and quality control on Booking.com’s part. Allowing third-party service providers like OYO to unilaterally change bookings and downgrade accommodations without prior notice or consent is unacceptable. I sincerely hope Booking.com addresses these issues and implements measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

Hotel is super good, value for money, cleanliness was excellent,Room was spacious and ,bathroom was good ,hot water was available all time,overall Rooms beds bathrooms cleanliness were super good , walkable distance from bus station

Despite receiving confirmation for my reservation at a property in Kushalnagar, Coorg, I was shocked to discover upon arrival that there was no room available for me, as all rooms had already been sold out. This situation caused significant distress and disruption to my travel plans. I immediately contacted your customer care for assistance, but unfortunately, I received no effective support or resolution to the issue. As a result: 1. My holiday was ruined. 2. A considerable amount of my time and resources were wasted trying to resolve this matter. This incident reflects poorly on the reliability of your platform and raises serious concerns about your ability to ensure the accuracy and validity of bookings made through your site. I demand an immediate explanation, a full refund, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Furthermore, I urge you to take corrective measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the next seven working days, I will have no choice but to explore legal action and escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities. Value for money. We got family room. Location was alos very good

Cleaning can be better+ they can keep water kettle in room

The staff was arrogant. They didn't allot the rooms. They told everyone one has confirmed booking and will allot the rooms if they have vacant rooms once we arrive there. They didn't take any responsibility for the bookings through bookings.com
