It is a fraud! I got confirmation of booking, I travelled for 6 hours and reached hotel and they said booking is full. That is annoying, It ruined my vacation. This booking property has backup hotel which not at all good and they have found this way to fool people and bring in backup hotel.

Staff wasn't cooperative. They lack in manners. Room was cancelled without intimation. On the time of arrival, they denied entry saying rooms are full.
