Calm location posh area better communication for all route

Staff are not well behaved, housekeeping is not well and not any support for customer support and service.There is no Tv cable connection in running mode,No gyser facility and neither WiFi facility inside this property,Totally boring stay here

Bathroom not clean, bad smelling room, very dirty bedsheet ,teared bedsheet ,not proper lights in the room, staff is not cooperative,receptionist most of time unavailable

This was my favourite of the accommodation I had in India - a building hundreds of years old that felt like a true step back in time. The staff - many of them Nepalese were very friendly and courteous, and the meals were exceptional. The location in the backstreets of the old city was a welcome relief from the traffic of the main part of town. thanks
