The property met our expectations, it felt like home away from home, my family and I had a great time.

The smell of cigarettes when we came in was not palatable at all, we had to use airfreshner to combat the smell

It was a very nice house just what we wanted close to the football ground

little things missing like a door of a wardrobe .only half a radiator cover .no plug to wash up the dishes didnt want to use the dishwasher no tea towel .bathroom was ok but needs work doing on it

For my graduation ceremony, I booked the apartment for myself and my family of four because, living far away, I wanted to be able to prepare for the event at my leisure. The apartment was supposed to be available by 3:00 PM, but the owner sent me a message asking me not to arrive before 6:00 PM because he hadn't been able to finish cleaning. We arrived at 5:30 PM, and cleaning finished around 7:00 PM. When the owner let us go, the apartment was clean. Only half of the radiator cover in the entrance was damaged. In the kitchen, as soon as I pulled the cord to raise the Venetian blind over the sink window, it came loose, and I almost hit my face. My father reattached it, finding that it wasn't secured but was resting on nails. All the Venetian blinds in the house were damaged, the hallway floor was uneven, and the bathtub panel was detached. The biggest surprise was when we started preparing dinner and realized there was no hot water, the refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher didn't work, and there were only three towels. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with only four plates and three bowls. There were no cutlery and only two forks, so two of us ate our spaghetti with a spoon. I immediately called the owner, who showed up later that evening. He explained the things we had noticed and admitted that the house needed maintenance, explaining the lack of hot water due to unspecified tampering with the boiler by the previous tenant, which is unlikely to be credible since, if there was one, it must have been well hidden in some cavity. As for the appliances, he turned on the refrigerator, the washing machine, and the dishwasher switches, which were hidden behind a panel, and, apologizing for the inconvenience, disappeared. The thing that really annoyed us was when we tried to start the dishwasher, which appeared to be powered but never started. The water supply light was off, while the salt and rinse aid lights were on.

Good for short stay, one or two nights maximum . Clean and well equipped

The instructions for check and WiFi access not convenient at all

Beds were comfortable. Washing machine was handy.
