Very uncomfortable furniture was also asked to pay a deposit after booking but this wasn’t mentioned anywhere on booking.com

The property is extremely tired and damaged and needing repairs. Also the oven was dirty and so was the plastic at the bottom of the bath. As others have said one room smells strongly of pot. I think it's very over priced for what is on offer

Lovely location! Very central to what we needed, lovely and clean! Perfect communication for the duration of our stay!

Lots of dog poo in back garden, not clean, poor decor, missing doors on wardrobes. The list goes on. Dirty hand rails., bathroom panel not on, in generally overall poor condition.

Noisy at night. Neighbourhood looks a bit dodgy. Was pleasantly surprised in the morning to find my car hadn’t been broken into.

Place stunk of Cannabis. Apparently this isn't the first time looking at previous reviews. Took a while to figure out the heating. Would of been nice for it to be on instead of freezing for the first few hours.

It was 9degrees when I walked in. The decor was worn and bedroom carpet had ketchup over it. Settee was stained and did not look hygienic. Bathroom in need of refurbishment. But most of all the place needs heating.

The house is dangerous and looks nothing like the pictures. It is the definition of a bodge job. Every electrical outlet is running off an extension lead or hanging off the wall. All of the plugs in the house have been taken away so that you can't have a bath - despite it being advertised as having a bath. There are dozens of air fresheners to try to cover up the smell within the property. The whole area stinks of weed. All of the blinds are broken. I am so glad I was only booked her for 1 night - it was genuinely dangerous. The photos are completely misleading, it is made to look like it is finished to a high standard where really everything has just had a bit of paint slapped on and a few stick on tiles which are falling off.
