"Highly recommended"

This property was just a home away from home, we enjoyed our stay and it was so comfortable, the place is well furnished and all necessary amenities we needed were available there. Host was very friendly and he maintained good communication whenever required. We will book again

"Amazing stay"

We stayed at Emmanuel's place ins Derby, it was just a perfect stay for us. Everything we needed was readily available in the property. Very clean and beautiful. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. We love it and will book again when visiting Derby.

Lovely interior inside the home and was easy to locate. Exactly what we needed for a 3 people stay.

The house had a strong smell of cannabis, and got progressively worse when going upstairs into the bedrooms. There was cannabis in the garden that had been smoked prior to our stay and what wasn’t stated was a £120 deposit to the owner through bank transfer which i don’t believe to be safe as you are not granted to get it back.

A comfortable place to stay, it was perfect for us for one night whilst visiting family. Great tv with Netflix. Chocolate and cookies was a nice touch

Location for us, but that was our fault for not researching the area!

The property was in a run down part of Derby, the house smelt of weed and the house did not look like it did in the photos

It had everything you need and more. I often go away and stay in hotels/ apartments and this by far was one of the best, in terms of being a phone call away for anything we were unsure of and in terms of such a comfortable yet modern apartment. Everything was very clean and basically new.
