"An absolutely brilliant place to stay."

A very nice apartment. well presented, clean and with everything you could ask for. The owners are so hospitable and cannot do enough to help you. There is a path converted from an old railway line at the back of the place which is a very nice walk into Coniston (and beyond).

Outside the entrance is not the best as you have to walk up a path, but this did not affect us at all as parking was super close

Great location, short walk to Coniston Water. Very quiet, lovely to have the pub/restaurant below.

Location, quietness and tranquility compared to Windermere.

Great location. The accommodation was lovely. Well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay. The cakes and treats were a lovely surprise. Would definitely stay again.
