dirty, damage, dirtiest place I've had the misfortune to rent, left after one night, no offer of money back, tv no handset, cooking facilities dirty, hob not working, bathroom dirty, stuff in cupboards and more.

The place was dirty wasn’t cleaned Blood on floor Chocolate on sofa Dirty dishes Bed sheets not changed I booked an apartment through booking.com upon arrival the apartment had not been cleaned, blood on floor, stained bed sheets so I had to book a travelodge! I put in a request for a refund and booking.com has told me if the people that own the apartment don’t reply to booking.com emails then there is nothing they can do to help and I will have to lose the money I paid!! I gave them all photo evidence of how bad it was and they still said sorry it’s nothing to do with us it’s the people that own the apartment that have to deal with it! So be prepared if you use this company and they advertise a beautiful hotel or home and you turn up and it’s not what is advertised on there website they will not help you in anyway! Still no refund .shame on you booking.com

The only good thing about the property was that it has your own privacy, but other than that, the property doesn't have any washing detergent for dishes or clothes. The cleaning bucket was in the passage way, looking unhygienic. The pillows and dirty laundry (bed linens, etc) were piled up over the washing machine and shelf next to the washing machine. They put a hold on a security deposit. And sent a msg that security deposit been refunded. But in fact, they took the money out.

Nothing to like about the property and host when they are dishonest. They had rusty dirty toaster and filthy oven. Refer to the pics. Unfortunately, it doess allow more than 4 pics. Otherwise, I would put the pics to show where they refunded, and 4 days later, they stole the money from my account.
