Location was good. Private parking was available at the rear of the property. Property was well equipped.

Booked this place for 3 nights. As soon as I entered the property there was a very strong smell of weed. One of the bedroom was the worst ever smell. I have contacted the host to let them know. They were aware of this as the cleaners have reported to them that the previous guest was smoking weed inside the property. I opened up the windows and thought maybe the smell would go away. But that does not finish here. On my first night I could sleep at all as the beddings had that strong weed smell too. Me and my family included my 4 months old baby had to inhale the strong fumes of weed. Which I think is unacceptable. Also the kitchen light was faulty and kept flashing non stop which annoying and gave me a headache. I had to switch off the lights and used flash light from my phone just to use the kitchen. After messaging the host I had no reply. I called up to let them know the situation. The host answered my call and was offering to bring some air fresheners. But I have not heated from the host after the conversation neither I got the air fresheners. I didn’t have much choice other than to stay there I traveled there for a family wedding from London. Also I have paid so much money to stay there. The day I checked out I have met the cleaners and they advised me to contact the host Abdul for a compensation. I still have not heard from anyone since. I found this very unprofessional. I was totally not satisfied staying at this place.

Well decorated. Parking. Great location.

No access for hours even though supposed to be 24hrs. If you actually booked this randomly you’d be outside like we were. It wasn’t clean. Like at all. Hair everywhere. Men’s clothes in the draw. Carpet dirty.

Demanded £100 "deposit" direct to them, avoiding booking.com, on the day of arrival and would not release key details until it was received. That was over three weeks ago and still not refunded despite prompting. Avoid at all costs.
