Host was very accommodating and responded very quickly. The flat was clean and quite no noise from the neighbours.

Convenient location - 10 minutes’ drive from my mother’s house (visiting her) and plenty of shops within easy walking distance. My grown up sons were able to have a room each, and there was unlimited free wifi. There was also a supply of tea and coffee waiting in the kitchen.

The site said there was a dishwasher, but there wasn’t. (Didn’t affect us as we only used the kitchen for breakfast and making drinks, so there was minimal washing up.) in terms of cleanliness, the kitchen bin (no lid) had rubbish in when we arrived, the handbasin in the bathroom was dirty, and all the rugs were covered in bits. I thought there was a sofa bed in the living room, but it was just a sofa so I slept on it as a sofa for two nights which wasn’t comfortable. I had to borrow a duvet and pillow from my mum as the spare bedding in the utility cupboard off the kitchen geld pillows with no pillow cases, and I could not see any sign of a spare duvet despite the apartment claiming to sleep 5 and to provide all bedding. My sleep was disturbed both nights as the living room faces the main road and the lights and noise from traffic were constant. Some of the furniture was broken (drawers in one bedroom; blinds in living room) when we arrived; I’m hoping they don’t hang onto the £100 deposit because of this. The microwave was dirty inside and the controls were greasy - £25 of the total price is for cleaning, but whoever the cleaners are, they didn’t do a good job cleaning the apartment before we arrived. We left it cleaner than it was on arrival. Despite these things, I’d say it was pretty good value for money compared to more expensive rooms in hotels which have been very cramped and not very clean.

The place was dirty, bedding soiled, pillowcases with make up On, no toilet paper, no Towels, broken furniture, tv off the wall, radiator off the wall a fire health hazard. Holes in the walls. We booked two nights and stayed for only one as we felt it was too dirty to stay in and u safe.

I couldn't gain access to the property as they insisted I had not paid the deposit, I sent proof showing it had been paid and then they eventually released the keys but had us waiting ages with a sleeping child. The property smelled of weed, there was a filter for smoking it on the plate on the table, the windows and bathroom had black mould, the sheets were dirty and had just been turned over so inside out, all the drawers were broken but had someone else's belongings inside, the kitchen drawer had some spurious powder in it. It appeared as though someone lived in the apartment and just moved out when we arrived but didnt clean up
