Old and quaint but sensitively restored to meet modern needs.

Nothing really. If I was picky, I would say a stair rail up to the bathroom would be useful. I went up on hands and knees!

"Lovely house"

Lovely house. Fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Would definitely book again. Very good location too, however local parking was tricky and expensive.

Would have liked the option of a slightly earlier check-in.

"The cottage is very old which we loved, as it is close to the town a short walk into town and Abbey gardens was not far,"

Quaint cottage with old original features, well equipped too, great location

The sofa was not very comfortable as very soft, an elderly person would struggle getting up from it

"The perfect stay for our perfect wedding"

Property was beautiful and in the perfect location for exploring Bury St Edmunds. We stayed here when getting married and had the perfect stay. The host was very accommodating too and communicated really promptly. The facilities and amenities were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.
