"Luxury with Cheap food concept."

Locatio n was good and children were take care by the children club specially wabt to highlight Neshtha at children club was caring and we had peace of mind.. Except for reception staff all are good

Five star hotel with a cheap food concept. Not a single meat was there all processed meat only. Very little beef and pork were there. Its a physiological food concept and the same menu was repeated.. Pepsi was available and if you have it you will never have pepsi in your life. They are bringing mega pepsi bottles and filling them to the machine which is cheap. Very disappointed with the food. We were very well cheated by saying that we got an upgrade to the sea view room but we never saw any sea.

Food was good and swiming pool was fine....

The treatment was very bad. All inclusive hotel we came from.Colombo. nobody offer us cup.of water (( all.inclusive ???? The room we got was discusting.( all room was wet water on the floor. Bed was moving side to side..its not acceptable. ( pictures will be sent) . Conditioner didnt work properly. Our baby didnt feel good - thez dont have doctor for emergecy first help (( not acceptable....we payd 100$ to get a private doc....as a client that using booking i expect from your side to take an action and get conpensation for us.. this really very unpleasant stay and unacceptable........

"Great family hotel"

Beautiful private beach at the hotel, loved the location and they have 3 pools which are great for families as my kid loved the kid's and family pool. Food options at all day dining restaraunt was decent and quality of food was good. Check-in was smooth.

Due to full moon festival, alcohol was not provided for the whole day so should have informed prior. Food options in the restaurant can be more borader as variation was less.
