"This is my 4th time in RIU Ahungalla. I was there in 2018 as a 1st time visitor. From there onwards nothing was improved"

They gave us an upgrade to see view room. But i didn’t notice until i went to room that it is not a room with double bed which we booked. It just a room with 2 single beds

This is my 4th time in RIU Ahungalla. I was there in 2018 as a 1st time visitor. From there onwards nothing was improved. Either same or the quality has been reduced. Food selection was reduced every time. Something is less than last time. We ask for a 1 hour late checkout. Which is we are ready to pay if needed. They said its booked back to back. But hotel is not crowded like last times. They gave us an upgrade to see view room. But i didn’t notice until i went to room that it is not a room with double bed which we booked. It just a room with 2 single beds

Spacious room , two swimming pools , night club with in the resort !! Large dinner lunch breakfast buffet .
