Location , staff and the food. Kids water park is great for toddlers. Swimming pools and the beach are extremely clean. Staff very friendly.

No room dining service , gets difficult to walk to the eating area with kids .

Kids splash pad is good, but very limited opening time. Beach would be beautiful, but dirty.

Based on the level of service I would categorize more like 2 star hotel, not 5. Dirty room upon arrival, rude staff, very limited opening time of kid facilities, no kids club just a dark hole, dirty beach, low quality fokd, bad smell, no duvet on the bed, just a simple duvet cover.
