Only 2 forks, 1 teaspoon, no plug in kitchen sink, shower head was broken, no gate on veranda (essential for a dog friendly caravan)

Lovely spacious caravan with proper BT WiFi Balcony with a roof so could sit out there when it rained it was so chill Very nice soft bed even telly in the bedroom it was spot on will definitely return

A good option for the price offered. I didn't expect more.

It needs a little better cleaning, and some things to be repaired. And there are comments on the quality of blankets, but we took our own with us. Also, please clean up under the double bed, there is a lot of dirt.

Everything was fine

Lovely caravan. The previous reviews had put me off but was pleasantly surprised. The caravan was lovely, clean, good size and with decking to sit out on.

Property was lovely and located right at the side of the swimming pool just up the road from all the main stuff lovely balcony to sit on with great view at night beds where comfy was a lovely caravan and anything we did need while we where there was promptly sorted by the owners which was great in itself

Reception closed early had an email which was alright but had to ask security when we got there what to do

Nothing. Was given a different caravan to one booked, already on the drive down before we was notified of this. Arrived & it was dirty, hadn't been cleaned and no linen. Send to another caravan, no bed linen available.

The location was perfect, the park was clean, full of activities for all the family which was pleasing. The location of the park was ideal for venturing to Rhyl and prestatyn, which were both great days out.

It wasn't great being given an alternative caravan the night before but we went with that.The caravan given was clearly a last minute swap as it was still full of the owners things, such as food in cupboards and freezer and personal care items in bathrooms. The caravan wasn't cleaned before we got there either, however there were cleaning products for us to use to clean it. The caravan next to us seemed to enjoy smoking something extremely strong on our last night, which resulted in our 10 month old struggling to sleep with the window open. Overall, the Park is a great great place to go and visit, and we will return! But will probably book with the park rather than an owner, as last minute changes can really alter an experience.
