It wasn’t so much the property tried to go to the onsite pub but need a pass or something came about a year ago and you didn’t need one it’s an absolute joke now will not be returning had nothing to do considering there was 8 of us staying

Was big but it had a smell to the beds that was overpowering stayed in another caravan as a friend was at same park

Was welcomed to a full bin smelly beds poor lighting pitch black outside caravan the stairs to caravan are at the back to were you park you got to walk along grass to get to it instead of the pathway on front will see what I mean when carrying all stuff to caravan couch’s are old and full of dog hairs wasn’t cleaned before my arrival clearly it’s overpriced to the ones you can get off there own website no site tickets with caravan had to pay extra wonky eating table chairs to tables same not to nice

Good location and easy contact with owner.

The caravan needs lots of TLC and needs a deep clean. Things don’t work such a hoover etc.

Caravan mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, caravan was a little dirty on arrival

The location of the caravan was great for us. Our kids loved the beach, which is about a 10 min walk. They also enjoyed the pool swims and the arcade. Parking next to the caravan was great. The covered deck was good to sit and have tea in the mornings. I loved that our kids (who can sleep through anything, had an amazing time) The owner answered us asap whenever we had an issue. If you have issues, just text him, and he will do his best to accommodate.

The caravan needs a deep clean. The basic cleaning was done, like floors and counters, but there is mold in the double bedroom, and personal items just shoved under the beds and on the back deck. There were no towels or bedding when we arrived. The owner had to bring us some himself. The shower head was broke, as well as the extractor fan in the kitchen. The front patio door was hard to open. The beds were really uncomfortable 😐 and the neighbour's, which is beyond the control of the owners, are loud. The walls of the caravan are thin, so you hear every seagull at 4am and every loud screaming voice at 1am... so bring ear plugs. As for the park. The pool is not included in your stay, and there were no adult quiet swims at all. The park charges extra for activities in the activity den area to do crafts. Teddy bear making was £18 and £25 if you wanted an outfit, which is very expensive. Some free crafts for the kids was expected for the price of the activity pass! FYI the front gate code changes every Monday, so before you leave, get the new code before returning. We were not advised and caused a massive backup of traffic trying to get back I to the park.

Unfortunally the caravan didn't live up to expectations, we found the van on arrival had not been cleaned, and the interior not the best, a bad start to a lovely planned break, the worse part was getting a phone call from the wife upset after travelling to Wales to find the accommodation unsuitable.
