Lyons robin hood lodge Rhyl

The location was great, loads to do, entertainment was OK. Great fun for my youngest daughter.

Everything was dirty. Walls, beds, cutlery, cooking utensils, iqn, shower, blood on the duvet in double bedroom, i had to go and buy one.Dog hair absolutely everywhere, broken handles, handles falling off cutlery, mattresses were that bad me and my 4 year old had to sleep on the sofa. Old food in more or less everything corner of the caravan, dirty,stained ripped cushions. Old dried urine all around the toilet, Screws falling out of locks, decking falling apart. The list is endless.

Area goodish.

Facilities bad. Not sure if linen was clean, kept under bed all screwed up. No towels, tea towels tea spoons, iron ironing board. Need blinds in spare room. Need steps outside done loose movable dirty.

There was not much we liked about our stay but the park it's self was ok

The caravan was dirty, unloved and run down and no money spent on the up keep,and no smoke alarms,also no gate on balcony to keep my dog and 3 year old son in from running off,loads of junk on the balcony at the back of the caravan,no cooking utensils,and shouldn't be advertised as logde as its a caravan.

Beautiful caravan and a fantastic site everything you need and site staff very welcoming, can't wait to return, caravan is amazing

Brilliant space, lovely and warm, such comfy beds! Good spot on the site

Nothing major but No toilet paper, gutted when we drove 2 hours and kids needed the loo haha

Rubbish property, this was my worst holiday , the toilet was blocked, mess everywhere old stained kitchen crockery would never recommend

The lodge was in a great spot, easy to find and great communication from host, the lodge smelt great, shower was really good also 👍

The lodge needs a deep clean, grimey, and generally dirty, all utensils and cutlery where filthy also. Sweet wrappers and general dirt on the floor. Beddind was very thin, pillows very thin also. Not worth the money paid but would be if problems were rectified
