Very basic and needs a few more touches to make it homely for family use. Downstairs bathroom drainage very smelly.

The property is spacious and the large drive is very useful. The location is good with shops and pubs within a few minutes walking distance.

The property is tired in comparison to the photos and needs some attention inside and out. As others have mentioned, the front door lock is faulty as is the fridge freezer. The drains smell and the cleanliness is disappointing. This place would be stunning if it was spruced up and deep cleaned.

There was enough space for 6 people and we were able to park 5 cars on the driveway. It was close to great parks to walk around in and delightful shops a few minutes walk away. The heating was excellent which in winter would be a blessing. Wifi was excellent.

The place needs some serious TLC - mould in the shower, inside the windows, no sieve or grater, no useable bowls for salads. Fridge froze and the freezer didn't freeze properly. The carpeting had seen better days, the back and front garden was full of weeds sticking up everywhere. The chairs in the kitchen were coming apart, one friend nearly got tipped out of her chair because of this. The shower downstairs had only lukewarm water no matter how you changed the controls. The bathroom sink stank and I could not get rid of the smell. The top bathroom was a bath with a hand shower which was fiddley and water pressure was bad. And I discovered when I washed the sheets and freshened up the place that the window sills had a layer of dust showing this had not been cleaned. Curtains were coming off their rails. When I entered the house on the first day cleaning equipment was laying about at the front door and the place then did not feel cleaned. Even discovered a dirty pan in a cupboard that was probably there for months the way it looked. All these things are so easy to fix up. Because I was embarrassed about the state of the drive and back garden I removed the weeds - took me 10min and looked so much different. I'm not a clean freak but this place made me feel I had to be one.

Location was perfect, close to venue we were attending. Double driveway was a bonus too

No bins in the toilet/bathroom for trash. The hot water in the shower downstairs did not work. The door to the front bedroom was broken so we couldn't close the door (it looks like it was designed that way on purpose). The chairs on the dining table in the kitchen were dirty when we came in, so obviously the cleaner didn't clean it.
