Good location, patio & parking. Spacious house

No hot water upstairs for the bath… Luke warm at best. Some door handles missing & some of the mugs & cutlery were dirty

The house is nice and comfortable. Facilities, especially in the kitchen, make the stay convenient. Location is very good, with Asda, laundrette, Greggs, Subway and various shops within 5 minutes walk. City centre & Uni of Warwick within 10 mins drive. Parking right in front of the house. Owner quick to respond to request for assistance when shower not working.

The place is a bit rundown. Doorknobs at some of the rooms not working. No bins and bodywash/soaps in bathrooms.
