Close to loads of shops and pub Did think it was closer to the NEC but it was fine . Close to the big shopping centre in Coventry.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but it was not very clean. Cobwebs everywhere and the bin in the kitchen was rotten when I took the black bag out. And cheap cleaning supplies are being used. Black sacks were useless. Needs bins in both bathrooms. Garden was not nice , garden tables were full of green mould and weeds everywhere. Shame really coz it would have been lovely to sit out in the garden while we were there . Haydn I think you need to change your cleaners 🧐 I would stay there again if the cleaners did a proper job.

house is lovely and was what we needed- Lounge area and kitchen was perfect.

The Garden. The table is full of dirt which has been there for a while, cobwebs and as it was hot it put us off sitting outside. Also alot of weedss.

though needs some care, eg, no door handle on the downstairs double room and glass window looking through. Curtains falling off, very thin and don’t all close properly. Fridge and freezer went off one day, we managed to re-boot but was still showing errors, host very good and responsive regarding this!

Location for us was excellent, we were there for the weekend for a sport event. Within a few minutes walk were shops, takeaways and a lovely pub. To get to our event we got Ubers and it was approx £5.00 to our venue. Hayden was great at communicating, and we felt really welcome at the property - will definitely be coming again

The house was a good size for 4 adults. It had parking for our 3 large cars, and was easy to find our way wherever we needed to go. There was a pub and local shops / take aways within a 10 minute walk, and supermarkets about 10 minute drive away.

While the house was nice overall, there were a few minor issues that I wouldn't have expected in a house like this. The downstairs bedroom had no handle on the door, and windows making it not very private. I hung a towel over the door, but this should be a simple fix if letting out the house. Also, there was no instruction booklet about heating controls, oven controls, local pubs etc. This is a nice touch in Booking.com properties as it avoids having to struggle. These are the main tips I would give to the hosts.

Good option for business travellers, well situated for motorway access (A45) or city centre access.

Beds were comfy. All was clean and great decor too. Spacious and close to shops.
