That it was locked and wouldn't answer. If this isn't a scam listing then it's a bad one. Even waiting outside I saw multiple rats crawl into the hallway.

La posizione è perfetta quando si arriva tardi o si deve partire presto con il ferry. Hanno risposto subito alla mia email di informazioni. Ho potuto portare i miei animali.

Non c'era nessuno, nè all'arrivo nè alla partenza. Era molto sporco, tutti gli ambienti. Nel frigorifero, c'erano prodotti con la muffa. La camera era minuscola, il riscaldamento non funzionava, l'unica cosa inclusa (la carta igenica) si riferiva a mezzo rotolo.

O quarto que reservamos não estava disponível. O hotel estava praticamente abandonado, ficamos em dois quartos separados, sem chave para trancar o quarto, quartos imundos, sem segurança nenhuma. Sem dúvida, pior experiência das reservas que fizemos na Europa. E como já estava pago quando chegamos, fomos obrigados a ficar por lá. Lamento a experiência que nos custou mais de 400 reais a hospedagem. Lamento

Breakfast was advertised as continental which it wasn’t it was bread you could toast and cereal Building very run down

I wish I could review the inside of this property in relation to my stay, but I can’t. This is because I arrived during the opening hours of the premises as advertised on the website and on the front door of the building. The property was in darkness and the door locked. I followed the instructions by calling the number on the door to hear a voicemail telling me to text.

I text and awaited contact from the landlord to hopefully gain access to my booking. The landlord never did communicate how I could gain access to the service I booked so effectively I was robbed. Interestingly Which consumer magazine have identified this practice as being associated with a scam & whilst I’m not suggesting this is a scam, it’s incredibly poor practice to close early & deny incoming guests access to the accommodation. So I was forced to sleep in my car. I provided photographs as evidence that I was at the premises at the advertised time and the difficulties I faced. In summary I’d avoid this type of situation and it’s better value to book at a reputable place instead. Paypal decided in my favour- obviously!!!
