Sunshine Hakuba Ski-to-door by JAMSZ ROYALE

We liked the breakfast here. The staff prepared different hot food options every day in addition to the self-serve continental breakfast options. The view from our room was amazing as we were directly facing the slope. The hospitality from the staff and the owner Solomon was amazing. The lodge is only a few minutes away from all the restaurants so it was quite easy to find food at night. The room is basic but it’s got everything we needed. Since the lodge is located a little up the hill, so it saved us a lot of trouble dragging all our luggage through the snow that the lodge gave us a lift down to the bus stop/parking lot when we checked out.

This lodge is truly ski-in ski-out but unfortunately due to the heavy snowfall during our stay here, it was a bit of a struggle to get in the lodge with piles of snow blocking the entrance to the dry room.

The property was so convenient for snowboarding and skiing as the back door from the drying room is 20 meters from the slopes. The Ski field itself is perfect for first timers and beginners. When the snow piled up at the back door we just slide down. Which was fun. Our room was perfect for 2 and heaps warm, sometimes we had to turn it off because of how good it would heat up. The bed and blankets were comfortable and cosy. The room itself had a fridge and kettle and a little TV. Our view was magnificent so I recommend booking with mountain view. The Chef Kato, cooked lovely gourmet breakfast every morning and each morning was different, I believe dinner options are available but there are some restaurants near by. There’s also a vending machine to get a drink when you please. Everything was clean. Common area is a great place to relax and a place to be if you don’t want to be in your room. The minute we got to Hakuba, Solomon the host, had picked up from the station and transported us to the accommodation and checked us in and shown us area. He is probably the most helpful person my partner and I have encountered within our two years of travel. He had organised our bus to get to Tokyo and transported us to the terminal. One night we went night skiing my partner and I didn’t know how we would get back, Solomon organised us transport again. All the extra transport did not cost a thing. Which was a blessing. If I am to stay anywhere in Hakuba is it here. We stayed for 4 nights and the price was immaculate as it seemed to be worth more than what we paid for. We are definitely coming back here again and would recommend to anyone. 11/10

As the title says, Ski Ski out..Nice little place up the hill in tsugaike.Its a basic little lodge without the bells and whistles but was just fine for me.I was there to ski. The quilt was the warmest ever, and I was never cold at night. Tsugaike is not party town so don't expect too much.

Everything was fine for the price.

位置就在栂池高原雪場的綠線旁邊，從後門出去走一小段就可以到達斜坡滑下去搭纜車。

基本上除了在食堂外沒有看過員工，除了入住當天，其他天透過通訊軟體傳的訊息都沒有人看。連續幾天下雪，但看起來都沒有人在清雪，後門還因為被積雪擋住而無法開門。

如果要来栂池高原滑雪的话，这家的位置真的超级方便，可以滑进滑出。对于我们这种家庭出游，有很大的房间和独立卫浴也很重要。工作人员也很友好，虽然附近的晚餐选择有限，但是住宿可以提供免费的往白马村的接送服务，也非常贴心。 早餐很丰盛，也很健康。可以说是超出预期。

马桶没有卫洗丽有点令人失望。 浴缸没有浴帘，所以淋浴很容易溅水出来，会把地上的毛巾淋湿，导致后面的人洗澡很不方便。

Amazing breakfast from the Japanese chef. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds in a warm and cosy room. Great location!
