The ski vibe 10/10. Helpful & friendly staff! The breakfasts were excellent. Chef was super great, and also helped us get our car up the hill when the roads were slick.

Perfect location for ski in / ski out with good dry room facilities. Close to everything. Personal service and cooking by Kato was so good. Immediately responsive to any request. Exceptional service. So many things to like.

No onsen.

"Great ski base at Tsugaike - would happily stay there again."

Location is perfect for skiing - straight out the back door, & just a couple of minutes to town. Place was simple, but very functional as a ski base. Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Beds & duvets were awesome :)

Rooms etc are small & very simple, but thats normal in much of Japan - & it works fine.
