Sunshine Hakuba Ski-to-door by JAMSZ ROYALE

The property and all hosts were unreal. Solomon organised all our ski passes and rental gear which was ready for us upon arrival. We were chauffeured around which was at no extra cost which was very surprising and nice. we expected a bill for transport etc but there were no hidden fees at all. Our rooms were super clean and tidy, had everything we needed there. Our daily breakfast was exceptional everyday, thank you so much Kato! And Dana our other host also was very hospitable and gave us some recommendations for the rest of our trip back to Tokyo. The hotel is so close to the ski lift which was super handy as my partner was beginning and the less walking the better!, we would walk 10 metres and be on the slopes, strap into your boots and ride to the bottom to board the chair lift. I will not hesitate to book again next time. THANK YOU ALL.

・地下の乾燥室から駐車場を通ってすぐゲレンデに出られます（ただ、高低差があるので、登り降りするのにちょっと苦労します）。・ユニットバスの蛇口からお湯がすぐ出るのは有り難かったです。・ヒーターを付けたら部屋はすぐ暖まりますので、外が寒い中、助かりました。・夕食のカレーライスとしゃぶしゃぶはとても美味しかったです。・出窓から見る景色は最高です。

チェックインの時間の予定を前もって伝えなかったせいもあり、初日到着した時にスタッフの方が留守でした。カウンターに置かれたメモの通り電話して、オーナーの方に言われた通り先に部屋に上がったのは良かったのですが、いつまで待っても誰も来ないし、何度電話を掛けてもずっと留守電になっていました。2時間待った後、仕方がなく部屋に鍵を掛けず（鍵を渡されたなかったから）夕飯のため出掛けました。戻った後も誰もいませんでした。その後暫くしてオーナーの方が鍵を渡してくれました。オーナーはとても親切な方で、滞在中安心して過ごせましたが、初日だけちょっと不安でした。あと、トイレのスリッパの下から出る汚れでトイレの床が汚くなり、拭くのは面倒でした。

Breakfast is standard and totally acceptable; location seems appropriate and can almost ski in and out; bed is comfortable enough and duvet is warm and soft; wifi works well; shower and hot water is vert well provided including nice bathing products

bathroom too small and not enough space to move about; no consideration on lighting provision, either bright throughout or dark! no table surface, nor sitting provision;; no bedside table or lamps; windows leaking air flow chilling the room a bit much closet space and provision is minimal; lacks cosy feeling outside the room and in lunch room.
