None, for the price its not worth to come back to this place.

I booked initially a deluxe room which cost me £51 (discounted price from booking.com-so its more expensive that room if it was on regular fee) when we entered the room we cant even barely walk inside the space to small for a deluxe double room, the walls was too dirty,the duvet have some milky yellow stains that was so disgusting. Checking in was so upsetting, it was so cold outside,we arrived around 1800 ,they sent us the instructions of checking in and when we opened the keysafe box it was empty so the owner/agent? needs to call the staffs to check where was the keys, fortunately we managed to get inside the house and found the keys in living room but was disappointed with the room. The owner/agent(dont know her position) was not professional, she just keep hanging the calls when im on call with her without a proper call etiquette. I was the one who keeps calling her for an update about the keys no call backs and in the end I upgrade the room as it was too dirty the deluxe double bedroom and cost me additional £11 which is this picture as shown Room 1, better than the other room but still dirty inside,walls have too much dirt some paintings were on the floor,the leather sofa have tears,the lamp has open wires on the on/off swith so you you can just switch it to from the main outlet.Toilet was shared for 4 rooms,kitchen was so dirty too much spoiled food inside the fridge. It was a nightmare experienced all in to stay in this place and for this price.

Booked for one address, only to arrive and be sent to another. Trying to get a query answered was really difficult. The staff member continually refused to answer questions and kept hanging up the phone. Ended up asking a relative to help, who also got calls ended on them with no help.

Nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes, ce logement est clairement fait pour seulement 2! Bien que la 3eme personne ait pu dormir sur le canapé, aucune serviette ou linge de lit. De même, la communication avec les responsables à été laborieuse Je mets 2 étoiles uniquement parce qu ils nous ont permis de venir 2h avant pour poser nos sacs
