GBI like that it has a home away from home feel to it
The full length mirror on the wardrobe was impossible to see yourself in as it’s on the wrong door. No milk supplied for tea.
GBI liked the spacious room.
The bed was broken so had to fix it Would’ve liked an en-suite in the room. No fan in the room and as it’s backing in to the busy road it was very noisy to have the windows open as it was a very hot night

Not basic facilities here like fan its summers time we feel very hot in room after that asked for fan but no fan facilities available Another in couple near by to main all day and night we heard vehicle noise their is any another way to stop noise that asked fan if fan in soon I could close windows so unwanted noise not in room but they have no fan . I had exam in Northampton in university I can not sleep all night its stress full fir me.i could perfume well in exam coz of I not sleep over night .

Absolutely terrible service, right from the beginning to the end. I had a situation in which I booked the room, thinking it was a B&B/Hotel, instead it's a shared house of 5 with only 1 bathroom and toilet. I don't carry my passport with me and they said it was needed for the stay.They said I would not be allowed in without it, which put me in tremendous stress! I asked for a refund several time in which they refused.
