"Overall great stay and great experience."

Very clean environment. Many pool options. Food and entertainment were really good.

Some employees were not very welcoming. Bartending needs to be a bit more organized. They need to work on attending people first come first serve.

"Bonito lugar, para pasar una noche y descansar."

Habitación, sábanas y almohadas muy limpias. Buen acceso a la playa.

Las camas ya no están en buen estado, se hunden y uno se va de lado. Adicional son camas muy pequeñas para dos personas. El personal aunque fue amable, se notaba muy cansado. Lo que hacía un servicio lento y en algunos casos poco cortés.

Excelentes instalaciones, buena comida y atención.

En el check in: por medio de la app booking, decía que podíamos ingresar a las 12pm al uso de instalaciones, lo cual no fue así ya que según eso era solo para habitaciones de otro “nivel”. Considero que deberían de ser más específicos en esa información ya que uno sale con tiempo para llegar a una determinada hora y disfrutar la estancia, no para esperar horas en el lobby debido a este error.
