"Brilliant house for a family get together (3 generations)."

Large & perfect for 3 generation family. Great large dining table. Super comfortable large sofas for watching films/TV. Good enclosed garden. Plenty of free parking. Nicely decorated. Very central location. Easy flat walk to everything.

There were some dog hairs left from previous guests. The kitchen worktop around the sink is wooden & needs upgrading.

Lots of space, comfortable and bright. Sunny garden. Central location and free parking.

Kitchen/diner was a bit cold in evening, we couldn't get radiator to heat.

Need better oven gloves and sharper knives. Non-stick pan also needs replacing. Ground floor toilet also blocked up on the initial flush with a small amount of toilet paper put in from a runny nose.

The house had everything that we could have wanted. We were a group of 11 so it was full witj us all but it coped well.

Another bathroom would have helped but that's because there were 11 of us so not the owners or properties fault.

Beautifully finished house, and perfect for a family getaway, especially the upstairs bit the kids could safely stay in. All the bedrooms were comfortable and a joy to be in. Great location and friendly hosts too. The thoughtful little extras like the video console, books the kids could read, and the big TV meant we enjoyed being together in the house even when it was blowing a gale outside, and the house is big enough that we didn't even feel on top of each other. Would definitely stay again.

Only having one shelf in the oven made cooking for 8 a bit tricky, but we improvised fine. Didn't really bother us, but there was a bit of dog hair around so people with allergies might want to be careful.
